Everyone has a funnel, even if you don't realize it.

A funnel are all the digital contact points your prospect has with you. A funnel GUIDES your potential customers as you are in control of the online journey with you. 

Putting your ad in front of someone and getting his/her attention is just the first step. To turn a prospect into a lead and turn that lead into a customer you need a funnel that ‘guides’ a prospect through that process. All wheels in the cog have to turn and work together to become a lead machine and have clients on tap.

If people have taken action and left their details, that means they are interested in something they saw on your page.

Once you have a contact point, their email, now YOU can reach out to them and start working on your KNOW/LIKE/TRUST relationship.

People buy from someone they KNOW, LIKE and TRUST, building that up is extremely valuable. That is why a list is so important, these are all potential future buyers.

Having a website is great! However you aren't really in control of your traffic.

Websites have lots of links and they function more as a window into your business to showcase what you do.  Your visitor can browse to many pages and never take action before leaving for ever.

A funnel page has only ONE link to click, usually to sign up for something and leave an email address. Now YOU have a contact point and you can start reaching out via email to start building a relationship.

There is no such thing as the 'best' funnel. Quiz funnels, VSLs, Webinars, Lead Magnets, and so on, they all can be used successfully to acquire new customers.

But in every case, it is NOT the 'best' funnel that generates the sales, it is the MESSAGE and the OFFER that pull people in.

You need to know exactly WHO you are talking to, know WHAT they desire and OFFER your solution in such a way that it is a NO BRAINER for them.

The funnel is just the vehicle to get them there, but it will only deliver if you have your message and offer dialed in.

A car with no fuel will go nowhere, no matter how good the car is. The same for your funnel, it will not convert with a poor message and offer, no matter how good your funnel is.
